Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. She was 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, when she gave up gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Professional Card a year after. She was the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. It's no surprise that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
